Firewall question

I had to redo our firewall, and now the hldsupdatetool.exe steam update for servers stopped working. The command line is -command update -game %gametype% -dir %gameserverfolder% . Is this still right? Or is there a port I need opened for it? I saw a post saying 4504 to 4509 which I opened, but it still doesnt work.

 

Also thinking about going to V2, is it worth it?

ports 80 to 90 for file uploads/downloads, steam update and log viewer

ports 21 and 5000 to 5100 for ftp and ftp passive mode
