Mumble support?

Is it possible that we could get "real" mumble support? So we don't have to run it as a game server, but it actually would be a voice server.

It shows up under the voice services page along with ventrilo and teamspeak.

I think too Mumble it's a "must be" voice server since it's free and, because that, very used

The mumble config is included by default. Just place the files in the murmur or murmur-linux folder.

What kind of problems are you having? You have to remember that v2 does not support running a master server and virtual servers like ts3 does. You have to run each instance for each user or server.

is there a way of installing the murmur on a specfic server? as at the moment, i have specific servers for voice servers and game servers, is there a way in v2 of only installing 1 server?

I don't see that option available, so if your using whmcs just incorporate the box that you want them on within the billing api. Otherwise just upload the files to the box you want and make it a manual build when you sell one.

If you do it from the control panel just select the different server in the voice server tab.

 

If you do it from the billing api send different game_datacenter and voice_datacenter ids. If they are created in the same server and you are sure the game and voice datacenters are different create a support ticket and I will tell you how to fix it.

dont know if this is the right place for this, but i had a customer complaining about a codec is low on the server, from what i understand you can change it client side? or does anything else need to be install on the server?
