It seems the server is not auto restarting when they crash I tested manually by ending the process on the task manager after 10 mins of waiting I looked on the tcadmin control panel and it says error. I used the default config file for the games that you guys supplied it. Any Ideas?

Which game is it?

Go to Servers > Select the server > Game and Voice Settings tab. Make sure "Enable the game monitor service" is checked.

Go to the game's query monitoring configuration. In the Query Failure Detection tab make sure "Enable query failure detection" is enabled and the action is set to restart the service.

TF2, CSS, Killing Floor, Gmod. None of them seem to work. I just tried that I didn't have the first thing checked off but after checking it off tried it again and it fail. I also restarted the box to try if that would make a difference but it didn't. It shows "StartError" in the panel but doesn't try to restart it.

Those errors are caused by incorrect mail server settings.

I killed ucc.exe for killing floor and it was restarted by the game monitor a few minutes later. If this does not happen on your server create a ticket with the url and login for your control panel and remote desktop login for your server so I can take a look.
