L2TP not working after install tcadmin

Hello I have the following problem. I have installed TCAdmin2 on windows server 2008 r2 and Internet connection via l2tp protocol stopped working. Removing tcadmin to nothing has helped backup system. Connection via pptp works without problems. Please help me. Sorry for my bad english.

Are you sure tcadmin is causing this problem? TCadmin does not modify anything in the network settings.

I too so thought, but when I have installed tcadmin on other machine I have faced just the same problem =(
