Hurricane Warning!!!! - East Coast of US

I thought I would take a minute to remind anyone with a server located on the East Coast that now would be a good time to make backups of important files.

 

Hurricane Irene should be hitting the East Coast starting tonight sometime. Make sure you have backups of your TCAdmin database someplace safe and secure.

 

While most datacenters have things well in hand, you never know when a major power or data connection failure may happen.

 

So safeguard your files. Better safe than sorry

 

**A note for our webhosting clients. Our hosting server is located in Texas, so there is not much of a chance that the DC will see any of this storm. We also do nightly backups and transfer them offsite for all hosting accounts for redundancy.
