Hi , i was wondering about getting a license ..

 

Currently my setup is : 1 box , 8 cores ... I'm running 2 virtualised servers , 1 with linux , 1 with 2008 , can this be done with 1 master license?

you would need 1 master license and 2 remote licenses respectfully.

 

--however, linux is not available in v1, but only in v2 -- which isn't available for purchase at the present time.

 

So I guess you could request keys if they are still giving them for the public beta, prior to a stable release.

Hrmm just re-read the title - I'm pretty sure my first reponse still stands....But I'm not positive, I'm sure kevin or luis can respond accordingly.

You need 1 license for each server or virtual server. You will need v2 for Linux.
