AdmiralAnal
Hi , i've setup a TS3 by following the tutorial , however it seems to run as root? Help!
LFA
Do this: First make sure you can run the TS server manually with the non-root user. Get the TS3 service id. You can find it by running the service browser: cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor ./servicebrowser Create the file /home/tcadmin/tca2beta/Monitor/Services/ServiceId/User.config with the following. Replace tcagame with the user that will run the ts server. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16" standalone="yes"?> <values> <add key="Service.User" value="tcagame" type="System.String, mscorlib" /> </values> Restart the service from the control panel or from the service browser Edited September 20, 2011 by LFA
