i have tried installing TF2 server on a linux box, with the new updated files, but when i delete the server, the service is still running, and i cant seem to stop, i tried the service browser but doesnt show up, its in the task manager though.

 

any ideas guys, would be great.

Make sure you are running the latest version. Go to the game's settings. Text Console tab. Set the stop command to "stop". Set Wait to 20 seconds. Save and click on Update Existing Services.

is the stop command the same for the css? at the moments its set to "quit".

Sorry the correct command is quit not stop.
