mail templates not showing

Hi ive just starting using tcadmin and found its sending welcome emails to tcadmin.yourdoamin.com

 

I wanted to edit the settings so client get the right links in the email on reading about it i should have

System > General Settings > Mail Templates

 

I dont even have a gen settings icon in system on my panel

 

Please help

v1 templates are configured in System Settings > Plugins > Configure Game server automation.
