Problem with TCAdmin :/

Hi, TCAdmin doesn't work. I tried to reinstall it, but if I do ./monitor-console

It return a error:

System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: Configuration file 'TCAdminMonitor.exe.config' could not be loaded: The requested address is not valid in this context ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: The requested address is not valid in this context
