you can always have it set so that a user has to register before being able to submit a support tick as well.

I got 2 of these as well but just deleted them. Is that the right thing todo? I have my WHMCS updated so should be ok.

I get them every week now, I just respond with a sad face, add them to HTACCESS and delete the ticket.

We get them once in a while. As long as your WHMCS is up to date you are fine. Delete and block sender
