licensing / file security

1. If I have 1 server and I am willing to run both game servers and TCAdmin (and IIS and MySQL) on the same box, does that mean all I need is 1 master service license?

2. Is there anything that TCAdmin does on the game servers it deploys to prevent users from overwriting key files with their own? (for example the game server's .exe files or .dlls)

Is there some place in TCAdmin where I can secure those files from user tampering while still allowing for example, STEAM updates?

1. If you choose to run everything on one server, it can be done.

2. Yes, we have settings which allow you to specify file extensions that cannot be downloaded, upload, renamed or edited. And the users have a client side icon that they hit for the STEAM updates that run it for them.
