ive never used a game hoster before

Ok im completely new to this whole hosting a minecraft server thing. I never used any paid software to host my servers. How does this whole thing work? The "about us" section didn't give any info on hosting a server. I was going to host a Minecraft server through this site, but i have a question: Using this host, does the server lag much?

this site is not a GSP. Its selling/renting license for a control panel used by GSP or gamers. You cant rent a game server from here
