ixb
I have my master server just installed, I set it up with Microsoft access, how do I change it to work with ODBC mysql? I tested my remote server and it works, but when I click on restart monitor or anything the the remote it says "could not create plugin".
ECF
If you have just set it up I would suggest uninstalling it and removing the TCAdmin Programs Files folder. Then install MYSQL on your Master server if you haven't already. Then re-install the software but select to create the MYSql database type instead of access. Once re-installed you will need to re-add the remote server and create a new config file for it and re-run the config utility on the remote and point it to the new config file. ixb
On the remote server must I install the game files/mods like in the master? Isn't it all on suppose to be on the master server?
LFA
You can have the files on the master or on the remote depending on your configuration.
ixb
How is this done?
LFA
To configure the remote to download files from the master: System Settings > Servers > Select the master > Check "Is Master FTP Server" and save. System Settings > Servers > Select the remote > Check "Download Game Files from FTP Server", select the master from the list next to "Master FTP Server" and save. To configure the remote to use files in C:\GameInstalls: System Settings > Servers > Select the remote > Uncheck "Download Game Files from FTP Server", select the master from the list next to "Master FTP Server" and save.
