problem downloading from the server

Hi i was wondering if you could help me....As this is the first time that ive used your company.And cant seem to be able to download files from our game server....Is there a set sv_wwwBaseUR "" address that allows you to download files direct from our games server http://188.165.212.209/Templates/Default/service_home.aspx?serviceid=TC72526467374362183540733&svc_short_desc=WOLFET+32+Slots&back=user_home.aspx

 

As i have put everything onto the server...But wont down load the maps from either the etmain folder or jaymod folder......

Can you try to be abit clearer? I dont understand the problem you are having.

Hi Jargen...The problem is when anyone connects to the games server,They can not download the files from the gts server.......Is there a base url that u put in so people can download direct (I.e) maps etc)

Make sure that you have set the download settings in your server config file to allow downloads from an external source.

 

Also, please provide which game you are working with as it will help people to troubleshoot your issue

Hi sorry its wolfenstein enemy territory that is installed....And i dont know the external source to allow the downloads....As all the files i have uploaded to the games server....ive only delt with ycn hosting and gamesmajor before...And each time its just been a case of uploading maps etc to the server....And it downloads direct...

Someone has added this line in my server.cfg set sv_wwwBaseURL "http://millier.hourb.com/fastdownloads/etmain/ thank you to who ever it was...At the moment its only downloading at 12kb(is this cause the files are still being uploaded?)

TCAdmin is just a control panel, none of us edited your file for you. Have to contact who is hosting your server.
