TCAdmin allows you to assign a remote server to a user. The user is able to create game and voice servers on the servers assigned to him. With an enterprise license you can assign up to 10 servers to users. Each additional remote that you want to assign costs you $10 a month.

 

You can have unlimited servers as long as they are not assigned to a user.
