After server restart - cannot load TCAdmin panel

When restarting my server, I understand that the TCAdmin monitor will start automatically and everything should work correctly.

I have not had any success getting the TCAdmin web panel to load at all while the monitor is started after restarting. I have to go into Services -> TCAdmin Monitor-> click Stop in order for the TCAdmin web panel to load.

Not sure what I am doing wrong.

This temporarily fixes it.. (sometimes)

1/ Stop monitor service from Services

2/ Start monitor in console mode

3/ Exit out of console mode

4/ Start monitor in console mode

5/ Voila, web panel works!

Seems to be pretty inconsistent. The web panel will work for a little bit and then just stop working randomly and won't work again after that.

You probably have the monitor and website configured on the same port. Run the tcadmin configuration utility. Click on next until you get to the monitor port settings. Set the port to 8888. Click on next until it closes. Restart the monitor. In IIS Manager make sure the website is not using port 8888.

Stop the monitor service and start it in console mode to see why it doesn't work.

What do you see when you try to log in to the control panel?

Can't even access the control panel, login or anything when it's timing out. The entire admin panel doesn't load at all.

This can be closed. I requested my parent host to move me over to tcadmin 2. Thanks for the help.
