FTP root access

Hi,

 

I'm trying to have access to TCAdmin files by FTP, but I don't know how to do.

 

I tried to create a virtual directory for Admin with "/" as physical path but after, I can't connect to FTP at all.

 

How can I have access to TCAdmin files ?

Make sure your server's firewall is not blocking the ftp connection.
