Bzip with the fast downloads?

bubka3 that ant a bad idea actually. Granted coming from a client standpoint I'd be pretty aggravated/pissed that I'd have to bz2 my own files, but it shouldn't be to hard to tell TCAdmin to only move/sync the .bz2 extensions only though. Hopefully if we keep enough pressure on this issue it will be implemented soon. :~

Nah, but seriously the spike in my bandwidth graph from using uncompressed files is quite pricy, even with a good rate of $12/TB.

 

Understood. But please remember the number of new feature requests that we get as well as the number of bug fixes that require priority attention since they need to tracked down and fixed before any new features.

My only gripe if you will is that time was spent on a support ticket system. Walk in my thoughts for a second.

They are going to work on a support ticket system, for a tool designed for GSPs, and said GSPs having a billing system with tickets?

That's we're I'm coming from. Hope you understand. :smile:
