Error in XML document (2, 2)

Sometimes the automatic module fails to create (around 15% of the time) with the following error:

 

Error - There is an error in XML document (2, 2).

 

 

To fix, we have to restart the TC Admin Monitor / Service Manager, and that works. Any idea without having to restart all the time?

When that happens get the full error from that server's Monitor console.log and create a support ticket. /home/tcadmin/Logs/Monitor/console.log or C:\Program Files\TCAdmin2\Logs\Monitor\console.log
