Unable to move Game Servers between Physical Servers

Hi Guys,

 

Would anyone know why I cannot move any of my Game Servers between other physical working servers.

 

I have firewall off for a test but I keep getting:

 

Error - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8821 (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8821)

Is FTP enabled on the server you're trying to move the game server to? 8821 is the default FTP port.

 

Server Management --> Servers --> Server name --> FTP Settings --> Enable the TCAdmin FTP server

Make sure the server where the game server is currently located can connect to the ftp server of the other server.
