ECF
Login to your panel and click the "about" link Then click the update button, and you should see the licensed remotes go up by 1. Then add the remote. For an overview of adding a server goto: http://www.tcadmin.com/onlinehelp/manual Click on Main Menu>System Settings>Servers on the left. ECF
You may have forgot to put in your license key, when you ordered?
USBz0r
Sorry for being stupid but.. the Lisence key i got i have to reconfigure my master server? and input the new key?
ECF
No. The order form asks you to Add this to license number? Which adds the remote to the current license key you have. If you did nto put it in, you will need to send to put in a ticket and request that the remote be added to the original key. http://www.esupport.tcadmin.com Make sure you select billing as the department, and enter the required info. USBz0r
Ok i will, i dont know about the thing with the order form, my partner purchased both master and remote lisences.
ECF
When you order a remote server, the ordering system asks you for your current license key, so it can add the remote to your license. That way you don't have numerous license keys, you simply have 1.
USBz0r
ahhh i see. Now i have to wait till she gets back to get the username and password!
ECF
Ehhhh, If it's the account I am looking at, there is more to it than that. Looks like your partner put in 3 seperate orders, under 3 seperate accounts
USBz0r
Yea.. the password for the first order didnt work. so she was forced to creat another account. but we have 2 orders, not 3. i have all the information to both accounts. what do i do? will it be ok to send a support ticket with both the accounts information? ECF
There was three ...I deleted the 3rd account as the license was never paid for Yes, please submit a ticket with both sets of account details. You will most likely have to change your license code, since it looks like she ordered 2 master server licenses insterad of a master and remote. One of them has a Paypal subscription created for it, so we should probably keep that one to make it easier.

ECF
You will need to change your license key in the software. If you like you can respond to that ticket with your master servr login info, and we can do it for you.
