Fast Downloads Sync fails at specific files

One of our services fails to sync fast downloads.

It has nothing to do with the file type, as one of the .bsp files also failed (I deleted it - but then the next file gave an error).

 

I already tried deleting the FastDownloads.db in the root of the service as well as restarting both the service manager and monitor on both the master and the remote - nothing helped.

Looks like some form of FTP error. I would put in a ticket and ask Luis to check it out.

Yeah, I already put in a ticket. Couldn't wait, as this affect multiple remote servers

 

Luis said it wasn't able to create a folder or something like that. I'm awaiting his reply.

Turned out this was a disk quota problem. We didn't know that it was enabled, so we just removed disk quotas since we didn't need them on our fast downloads server.
