  1. Docker support is something that has been talked about internally. If it's going to happen (which I think it is), it's not happening in the near future. There's still a lot to do before MVC is finished.
  2. As I've already mentioned, clustering is currently not working. It'll be fixed in the next update.
  3. @ZookeMike You will need to have the default Minecraft files in TCAFiles\Games\minecraft.
  4. Both configs are rewritten from scratch, and the Linux config is inheriting a lot of stuff from the Windows one. The Windows one is not completed either.
  5. @conceptr980It's not working yet, and it'll require a version of TCAdmin that isn't released yet. As soon as it's ready, it's posted here.
  6. Check the value of "Wait before stop" in the config. It should be lower than 5 seconds. If it is that, try enabling debug on the monitor and see if anything is written when you're trying to shut down the service.
  7. There's currently an issue with clustering in Linux. I'm redoing everything in the config and hope to be able to release it sometimes next week. For clustering to work on Linux, I have to wait for a TCAdmin update that introduces changes to the 'Run As' feature. Stay put
  8. @mspsmuge does it by any chance happen when the rcon password is changed through the config file?
  9. Are you using MySQL? If you are, you could try reinstalling TCAdmin. Once TCAdmin has been reinstalled, go to System > Settings > Game Tools > Verify/Repair game accounts and check 'Update "Run As" user'.
  10. Try doing a manual update: https://help.tcadmin.com/Updating#Manual_Update It should grab all files. If you were on the latest version, that would be 2.0.160.0.
  11. I just tested with both mods and it went fine. If it's a problem with Steamcmd, we can't do anything about it.
  12. Are you using the latest version of the Workshop scripts for ARK? They fix an issue with IDs higher than 2147483647. https://help.tcadmin.com/Workshop_Browser#Ark
  13. Are you also running the latest version of the module? The module is not a standard feature in TCAdmin. You'll have to check in Settings > Plugin Repo > Modules.
  14. "The following variables could not be read" is a message that will show when the variables aren't included in the current version of the configuration file. Once you save, TCAdmin will populate the file with these variables. Have you tested it with a new service?
  15. @Rads you will need to have an existing map before there's anything to wipe. If the server hasn't created a map yet, it can't delete anything.
  16. What's New in Version 1.0.2 Added scripts that will disable Launcher Service on Windows Server 2019
  17. In case there's actually active players on the server, it's reporting the player stats incorrectly, it seems. Could you send me a DM with access to your control panel so I can investigate?
  18. What's New in Version 1.5.2 Fixed EnableIdlePlayerKick variable Added support for whitelisting (Exclusive Join)
  19. It's working for us, and @LFA has tested it on other servers as well. What issues are you experiencing?
  20. @fcke could you post your WHMCS settings and your PHP script?
  21. You don't configure it on the panel. You configure it on your server (Linux or Windows). You should use this module instead, though: https://community.tcadmin.com/files/file/59-tcadmincrons/
  22. What's New in Version 1.3.0 Custom query script added (thanks @LFA). This fixes issues with the server reporting more players online that the max slot has been set to if players are in queue. Added 'Private Rule' for Linux config Changed 'Feature Permissions' to allow access for Subadmins and Resellers
  23. @CloudNine could you please send me a PM with a login to your panel so I can investigate?
