    I need help!

In WHMCS, you should use this: 5|5 slots The '|' character works as a way to show other data to your customers than what's being sent to TCAdmin. TCAdmin doesn't know what the value "5 slots" is, but it does know what "5" is, when you send information on how many slots the service should have. The customer will only see "5 slots" when selecting.
  2. Actually, I experienced something very similar and weird with Rust the other day. I was able to use my own account to download and update the Rust server files, but once I tried from TCAdmin, it would give the auth error or simply just say 'error 65' or something like that.
  3. Allow user access to the hostname variable.
  4. That's something a lazy person would say. I don't wanna be rude, but it is. There's no ETA on anything that the devs make (at least not a public one), and tbh I don't mind this. I know that important updates are released when needed, and new features and bug fixes are happening from time to time. However, many people (both owners of TCAdmin and their customers) wants a software that looks more modern. Now, I can't be 100% sure, but I highly doubt a redesign is something that's high on TCAdmin's to do list. They've already stated previously that an API will happen, but they don't know if it will be tomorrow, in a month or in a year. What I'm suggesting will only take a few days, maybe a few weeks, and probably won't require too much work from Luis himself. There's not much difference from the classic TCAdmin 1 design and the default TCAdmin 2 beta design. Does anyone know how old the design is?
  5. Just use the MultiHome parameter.
  6. Well, that code has something to do with SteamGuard, I'm pretty sure. If you have multiple servers, you'll need to do it on each servers. Also, an auth code only allows access for one specific account.
  7. 'Invalid login auth code' means that you need to enter the code that is generated upon logging in if SteamGuard is enabled on the account. See this: http://help.tcadmin.com/Game_Tools#Create_Steam_Update_File
  8. There has already been posted several configs in this thread. No need to post another one, which is basically just filled with custom variables and stuff, which has taken a long time to do.
  9. Problem fixed. Installed DirectX and did something which was assumably magical, because the server is up and running, lol We were able to start the game server using RDP, but not from TCAdmin. After a restart of the monitor and service manager, everything seems to be working fine.
  10. The file should be in the game server root. If you want to, you can message me with some temporary admin detail. Dennis [at] primaservers.com
  11. Put the hostname in quotes. Not sure it'll fix anything, but just do it for the sake of it being correct Also, try something like this: -batchmode +server.hostname "[EU] Cyrex | MAP | TP | HOMES | GATHERER 5x | BOUNTY SYSTEM" +server.maxplayers 50 +server.port 28015 +server.identity "identities" +server.level "HapisIsland" +server.saveinterval 60 +server.secure True +rcon.password "test123" +rcon.ip 37.187.129.33 +rcon.port 28017 -logFile "log.txt"
  12. Is DirectX installed? Also, what is your command line?
  13. No, you shouldn't post huge log files here. Post them on pastebin or similar.
  14. That's not the output I need. If I remember correctly, a file called Output_Log.txt will be created somewhere on the server, og you can use -log "name.txt" to create a logfile manually. I need the input of that file.
  15. Try to post output_log.txt here.
  16. I don't think it'll be anytime soon then. Not saying that they're lazy or anything like it, but they're also working on an API, which should be of higher priority Wouldn't take me many weeks to have a design ready. Most likely just a couple of days. But, I'd think that some new code would need to be available from the software to be able to select the code.
  17. Hi boys and girls It's no secret that the current design of TCAdmin looks like it's a few years old. It's clumsy, not too user-friendly, and could, to put it mildly, use a caring hand. I know that I'm probably not achieving anything with this since the software is still being heavily modified (which would require the designer to be available to implement the new features in the design), but I thought that I would at least give it a go. Because I really want a sweet looking panel, just like the rest of the users here on the forums. I've been an active member of these forums since 2013, and I've been trying to make TCAdmin look pretty, but it's not something that's easy to do without hacky js stuff. Back in early 2014, I shared some of the changes I made to our installation of TCAdmin overnight. We never used the design because it didn't fit our former website design, but I think I did a pretty good job, especially just for some changes to the CSS. Now, I know that this might sound crazy and all, but through the last 2 years I have spend a lot of time in the software, I've been listening to user feedback (even though we don't ask for it, lol), and I've been in contact with the TCAdmin guys so many times that I lost count after the first couple of months... But, I'm willing to devote some of my time to redesign the entire front-end. I have an idea about how I could do it, and I would have no problem keeping up to date with the changes that Luis & co. are pushing. We have a few hundred customers, and we are in contact with a couple of them. It's easy for me to get feedback on what the end user thinks looks neat, and what is total bullshit. Not to mention that I have a good portion of the active members of this board as contacts on Skype - even more direct feedback. Long story short: I'd like to redesign TCAdmin. I just need permission from the TCAdmin staff to do so; It makes no sense to redesign everything, and then be denied to have the code implemented. Thoughts?
  18. It's not meant to show any icon right there
  19. It didn't brake anything. You would've seen a lot of people reporting it then, believe me. You have to be way more specific and be sure that alle servers are running the same version.
  20. Reason being is that I use the same query port as game port. In case they ever fix it (so it works logically), I don't need to change anything in my command line. Server will still work. However, if you have the ports reversed and they change it so it works correctly, you'll suddenly need to connect on 27015 instead of 27016. It's an easy fix, unless it takes months - by then, nobody will remember this. I know for a fact that it worked the first day.
  21. My setup is another than this XML, I guess. Works fine with having in the command line for me.
  22. Makes no sense to have it reversed, but whatever floats your boat One port is as good as the other, but having the query port show up as the game server port is just misleading... Or am I misunderstanding something?
  23. That's it. Un-freaking-believable. Best update since ... Since a long time ago! Thaaaaaanks! One thing: When trying to update from 2.0.91.19 (where the website is now running on Windows remote instead of Linux master), the following error shows when trying to update: Error - Could not find a part of the path "/home/tcadmin/Monitor/C:\Program Files\TCAdmin2\Backups\/backup-20150611203708.sql". I know you said to me that you would fix the mass email problem, but has this also been fixed in the newest update? I know I gotta update the servers manually to get the update, I just wanted to know for the next update
  24. What? Why would you use the query port for the port and vice versa? That makes no sense. I've been using it the 'normal' way around since the hour the game was released. No problems.
