  1. Many game servers have both Linux and Windows files, and with the ability to use an existing config as a template in TCAdmin, you can run those the game server on both Linux and Windows with pretty much the same configuration. I know you can allow the user to select either a datacenter or OS when ordering the server, and by doing that you can assign a different ID, but it's not what we're looking for. It would be pretty neat if you could input multiple ID's in the WHMCS module (example 9 and 10, seperated by commas (Minecraft Windows and Linux), and whatever server meets the 'Server Selection' settings, is the server where the game server will be created - no matter what OS. Feedback on this idea would be much appreciated.
  2. All services, or just services such as TF2, CS:S, CSGO etc?
  3. We do this. Just install TCAdmin and disable new services.
  4. IIRC it's something you specify on a per-channel basis.
  5. Which codec are you using?
  6. There's still a problem if updating in some cases. We're running the web server on a Windows server, and the master is a Linux server. When updating, it gives this: Error: Could not find a part of the path "/home/tcadmin/Monitor/C:\Program Files\TCAdmin2\Backups\/backup-20150817180221.sql". We updated from 2.0.92.
  7. We haven't had any issues on v2. How do you reproduce this issue?
  8. Well, if that option is disabled, clients wouldn't see the 'Upgrade' option.
  9. Is it a completely default TCAdmin setup? No extra security settings like captcha?
  10. You haven't added two factor authentication, have you?
  11. ... which is exactly why it's okay to sell them the configs. Like, I don't know how to fix my car, and it would probably take me more time than I have to learn how to do it - so I go to a mechanic. Would I expect him to fix it for free?
  12. And it's the latest update? If it is, then that behavior sounds odd...
  13. Use a distro that has at least 2.14. Most Early Access games are tested on Ubuntu by the devs.
  14. There's only one way to do that, and it won't really work well. You're the only one able to see it on the official server list. Studio Wildcard are the only ones able to decide which servers are on the official list. That's why they're called 'official'.
  15. Why would you want SFTP instead of regular FTP?
  16. Check feature permissions. Has nothing to do with the update.
  17. You need to have the files in the /home/tcafiles/games dir (or C:\TCAFiles\Games if on Windows).
  18. Include your server's IP in the URL.
  19. They've probably been blacklisted: http://csgo-servers.1073505.n5.nabble.com/Request-to-Server-Operators-td9684.html Use this to see if the IP is blacklisted: http://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps/GetServersAtAddress/v0001?addr=INSERT-IP-HERE&format=json
  20. I guess this is why the config file was overwritten:
  21. Same here. New stuff was probably added to the config.
