    If you have a lot's of problems try doing a fresh install of the server on a virtual machine and follow all the steps very carefully and see if works

    Try using the default minecraft config that tcadmin bring, it has the option to change the ram very easily. Games-20130623.zip

    If you are using the default template for minecraft that tcadmin bring from the comandline manager you can change the ram allocated to the service.

    Is your tcadmin hosted in Windows 7?

    Check if in the TCAFiles\Games\minecraft you have any other .jar file that overwrite the downloaded .jar
