Is this argument going somewhere? Support is for the software and updates, not to deal with security issues that are caused by mismanagement of your servers, mods etc... You purchased the software as is and agreed to the terms of service including the support terms when you signed up. If you are looking for Luis to secure your servers it is not going to happen. If you are unhappy with the software then by all means please move to another software package.

This is due to uploading of a bad mod. Companies that allow uploading of mods should NOT do it. Huge security risk!

Try using the MYSql ODBC connector instead of the .net one.

Remote connections are only supported with MYSql.

Perhaps contact Valve about the issue? Most of you should be part of the HLDS Mailing list. Someone should ask there.

Got to the Server Settings for that remote server and make sure you have all game selected for installation.

They are coming in the next update. Please do not ask when the update will be released as I don't know.

Port 80 needs to be open to reach the update server.

Once set users can perform this on their own.

It looks very nice and clean. One thing I would personally change would be your "MyHeberg" logo. it looks a bit unprofessional to me. But that is just my opinion

As Revhosting stated above make sure that you leave yourself plenty of time to move things and to overcome issues. You can always put in a support ticket if you get stuck.

You need to run the BFV Manager on your server's desktop once and fill in all the required info which will create a serversettings.con file in the BFV directory. Then you can start it with TCA.

It is availible for both Windows and Linux.

You should go with Windows 2008 Server R2 version. A lot of the newer games coming out need it.
