  1. That looks correct. Make sure the paths and file name are correct. They are case sensitive. You debug mode in /home/tcadmin/Monitor/TCAdminMonitor.exe.config and start the monitor in console mode so you can see the file that the monitor is trying to download.
  2. Try editing TCAdmin2\Monitor\TCAdminServiceManager.exe.config Increase the value of TCAdmin.StartupDelay. That value is in seconds. It is the seconds it waits before each game server is started.
  3. If the game monitor is restarting the game server and you have the admin email and mail settings configured tcadmin will send you an email with the reason. If you don't get the email the game server is crashing and the service manager starts it again automatically. Check the game server logs or run it manually from remote desktop or ssh to see what's wrong: http://help.tcadmin.com/Troubleshooting_Game_%26_Voice_Services

    Update Fails

Usually file is not a rar archive means the file can't be downloaded. Make sure your server can connect to http://master.tcadmin.net
  5. New Features If fast download is enabled the fast dowload link is shown under the game server's ftp settings. Bug Fixes Fixed "can't determine users home directory" when starting steamcmd on Linux. Fixed some bugs that could cause the monitor to crash after streaming a log or steam update.
  6. Just set the url to the mod zip instead of the file name and tcadmin will download it.
  7. Yes as long as the windows files are on the linux server the remote will download them
  8. Yes it will be in the next update
  9. Yes. Creating a game server on the master downloads the files. After they exist the remote will be able to use them.
  10. You can do it anyway you want. Each way has its advantages. If you download from the master compress the game files to get better speed.
  11. I will add it under the ftp info when fast download is enabled.
  12. Bug Fixes Steam password is no longer visible when doing a steam update with steamcmd.
  13. Thanks I'll upload a fix in a few minutes.
  14. Try restarting the remote. It looks like it's using sqlite syntax but you have a mysql database.
  15. New Features Added support for updating individual services with SteamCmd. Read this article for instructions and troubleshooting. Added $[service.UserNameLowerCase] variable for compatibility with CS:GO on Linux. Update your server's folder template. Added support for the --all-tasks taskset commandline parameter when setting affinity. Bug Fixes Toolbar buttons were not translated on some pages. Fixed branding detection with some hostnames. Fixed a bug when billing api selected a server. When service is moved the old service is stopped before deleting the files. Fixed "Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object" when getting the server info from cache. Fixed a bug that should prevent duplicate processes when multiple start/stop commands are sent at the same time. Fixed error when downloading compressed files with a space in the name. Fixed service browser startup error on Linux. "If Players are Connected" option in game server's scheduled restart is only visible if the game has a query protocol selected.

    SteamCMD CentOS

This error is coming from steamcmd not from tcadmin. Search for this error in the steam forums.
  18. It looks like tcadmin is installed but it does not have a license configured.
  19. Go to About and make sure you have enough remote licenses.
  20. What do you see when you try to log in to the control panel?
  21. Stop the monitor service and start it in console mode to see why it doesn't work.
  22. You probably have the monitor and website configured on the same port. Run the tcadmin configuration utility. Click on next until you get to the monitor port settings. Set the port to 8888. Click on next until it closes. Restart the monitor. In IIS Manager make sure the website is not using port 8888.
