    Question

It is somewhat possible. Install TCAdmin, create the user and create the server in TCAdmin. Then copy over the server files, overwrite the ones in TCAdmin. Not sure if you use anything special, so you have to adjust some bits here and there. But I've done it and it's not -that- much work.
  2. Try a "yum clear" and then try to install it again.
  3. Have you tried restarting the TCAdmin services?
  4. You make me doubt my .bat file, but it works. This is the only line in there, it takes the commandline from TCAdmin "%ProgramFiles%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" %*
  5. Did you make sure the files are in the Games folder?
  6. Check the scheduled tasks in Settings(General settings?) The status of the creation should be there.
  7. Be sure the webhost(where your WHMCS is) has port 8880 opened to the IP of TCAdmin master server.
  8. Don't forget to set the java path in the batch file.
  9. I currently have other software that does this, but this could work. If you have a fileserver or an offsite location, map a network drive and set the backup location to that, you could schedule a job to run this. You could include the sqldb to be done from the master server's backup( I assume most have done it this way). Maybe set up two jobs, so, like the poster above me, you can also have a local backup, just incase you need to restore something quick. I already use Windows Image backup for that. But, to have it all in one location, would seem nice.
  10. The repair/verify tool is at the game serice itself under the tab Tasks, same place where you can move it or set billing id and such.
  11. The billing API also tells you which server in the datacenter it picked.
  12. Did you both update to 20.77.0 afterwards?
  13. Sorry, I meant on the game config files, where you have the windows and linux game service config below eachother. There is a checkbox named Template.
  14. Could you check if the template box is checked on the Windows machine?
  15. Actually, I think it works like this. The Windows cfg is usually the template(Which you can select that way). But when the API finds that a Linux server has less slots(depending on your API setting). It'd pick the Windows template, then put over the Linux specific things. What you could possibly try, if the above is correct. Make another Datacenter in TCAdmin and name it Location(Linux). Then they can select it at the Datacenter dropdown in WHMCS
  16. Are the physical files all there? Did you try ar epair with permissions? It has helped me out a rare few times. What if you try a reinstall?
  17. It isn't really. RO2 guys can play RS, just miss some weapons. A lot here use WHMCS, they can just set the product name different in WHMCS.
  18. It is possible to have a linux remote with a Windows master server, yes.
  19. Try restarting the TCadmin services.
  20. I have a few minecraft servers on a windows server. Never had any complaints.
  21. Why are you guys doing this the hard way? RO2 and rising storm has the exact same appid. All it has is an extra set of maps starting with RS
  22. Okay, I will clear things up here. Soon(tomorrow I think) Rising Storm will go live. It will merge with RO2, so you can just use your current Red Orchestra 2 config, update it. Then all you need to do is start the maps beginning with RSTE-. This way you can host/start rising storm.
  23. Why not post it on the forums instead of the endless pm/skype requests? Unless of course you are asking a small fee, in that case I have said nothing
  24. GUI Rcon? That'd mean someone needs to create a button for each command, each individual command per game. That is a lot of crazy work. While we can easily get a list of commands from the game's site if we need to type it in.
  25. So far I have managed to get Web Console working fine for games that actually have RCon support, actually.
