tbrown7552 Posted June 9, 2024 Share Posted June 9, 2024 (edited) I just updated to the latest tcadmin as well as updated this. I cant run any of the newer versions that require Java 21. Just says StartError. Older versions are fine. Any ideas? Edit: What fixed my issue is going to More on the server page and then doing Download or update Adoptium on your server. Omnipixel Posted July 11, 2024 Share Posted July 11, 2024 Been having this issue for a bit, and not quite sure what's causing it or why it's only an issue on some modpack's being installed through the Panel. Trying to install any version of certain curseforge modpacks yields this error despite what version I choose, or how I go about installing. It will typically download the mods, extract them and but hang when it tries to download the modloader/forge and error out at 4/5. Could not move G:\TCAFiles\Users\janwu\25\932741-tmp\manifest.json to G:\TCAFiles\Users\janwu\25\:\TCAFiles\Users\janwu\25\932741-tmp\manifest.json. Unfortunately, this cannot be automated through TCAdmin at the moment (unless you write your own scripts or a module). The Modpack Installer only works with modpacks that include the mods directly in the modpack. It won't work if the modpack only includes an installer that grabs the mods using external methods. The reasoning behind this is very simple; there's a lot of different ways that modpack creators pack their modpacks. Many times, there's just an installer.exe, installer.bat, installer.sh or similar, but the code inside each of these scripts is very different because they use external tools.
