Spiceman
Hello, I have a client with a dedicated server running Windows Server 2003 that wants to be able to view PunkBuster screenshots with http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/pbsvss.htm. I can't get this to work. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this working? It's an AA game server. Thanks
HIS-MOTHER
Give him ftp access to the ss folder. I dont think you can view them like that unless you set it up as a webpage. Meaning .. run IIS on the server and have the SS path set to a web accessable folder within IIS. I have never done it that way but I know you can set the pb SS save path in the PBSV.cfg file. ECF
Does the PBWeb tool allow you to do this?
HIS-MOTHER
The pbweb doesnt allow access to the files. Only allows you to administrate the PB command lines structure, update pb, and do some kicking and screen shoting.
ECF
Maybe this? http://www.anticheatinc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2228
ECF
As I sit here and think about this. The user can simply login to TCAdmin, goto the filemanager and into the PBSS folder and click on any of the png files. Instead of clicking save, they can click open, which should open the image. The method I posted the link to above looks pretty slick though
Spiceman
Thanks for the help. I suggested FTP and TCAdmin to view the screenshots. I may try what HIS-Mother suggested with IIS.

ECF
It's a client server program that sends the PB screenshots from your PB enabled gameserver to a webserver. There are 3-4 pages that get loaded to the webserver that clients can then access to view the screenshots.
swish
We had this problem awhile ago. Basicly wah twe didsince PB creates the HTML file with the listing of th png files, is go into IIS and add the clients IP and set directory to the PB screenshots folder. This allowed them tp access: http://x.x.x.x/pbsvss.html for thier screenshot Hope this helps.
Defcon|Rich
I'd go with what ECF mentioned. (Just use tcadmin to view the SS's) Installing IIS sounds like alot of work and will use up valuable resources.

Daersun
IIS is the devil Its also a quick way to interfear with TCadmin's FTP Ahh, back in the days before I knew how to SNMP properly, I installed the IIS service by mistake and it took me 30 minutes to figure out why there was something on port 21 already.
