Remote Server

Hey

 

I just got a new server plugged in, and i installed Remote Server onto it, and got a remote license key, but i keep getting this error, this is from the logs.

 

12/02/2007 12:39:04 : Encryption.EncryptStream128Bit: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

12/02/2007 12:39:04 : Access Denied: 85.234.152.66

 

This is what it says in the control panel:

 

The test has failed. Could not connect to server. Check your log files for more details.

 

 

How do i fix this?

Did you add the server to your master and then save the new CFG to the remote? Also did you update it? just a few thoughts right off the bat.

I updated it but i havent touched my master. What do i do to my master.

You need to add it to your panel in System Settings>Servers.

 

After you save click the Config button to get the config. Take that config and transfer it to your remote server. Run the configuration program, and when asked for the config file point to the one you uploaded.

Still not working. Same error. Any ideas?

You may want to put in a ticket and have someone look at it.

 

My guess is the config file is not uploading correctly or the files on that machine are old.

I did this morning, still no reply.

What is ther ticket number? I don't see anything in there. Maybe it got assigned to Luis...

I just went over all my emails again and I don't see any ticket from you guys.

 

If you can get me the ticket number I will of course look at it. If maybe it never got put in, then please submit one.
