TCADMIN Support System

Is it possible to make a little change to it: Being able to either change the admin the support ticket is assigned too or/and able to post in internal notes without having to post a message to the user. Everytime I try and do this I have to post a reply to the user and you cant get away with "Im just posting an internal message to the other admin so ignore this post" :razz:

How bout we add a Paul filter. All tickets will go to him :razz:




I haven't played withe the support sytem in a while, but I think there is a way to put internal notes in it somewhere for admin view only.




I just checked it. I see what you are saying about the internal notes requiring a response to the client as well. I will ask LFA to change that.
