Two other things you can do.

 

1. Make sure that ASP.net 1.x is installed and that the TCAdmin website is using it.

2. Run the enable_asp_net.bat file located in C:\Program Files\TCAdmin Control Panel folder.

3. If all else fails, put in a ticket and we can take a look at it.
