cant ftp dll files

i have removed block ftp in ftp server config but still me and my users cant upload dll files any ideas it works ok on diff ftp client on diff port its just on the tca with a 3rd party ftp client

Try restarting the monitor(s) after making the changes.

dll and exe files are blocked by default. You have to remove the restriction in the ftp/filemanager plugin.

 

 

 

System Settings > Plugins > Configure FTP Server Plugin

 

 

 

After removing the dll extension you will have to restart the monitors. Use the script in the script forums to restart all the remotes at once.

i've done the steps listed above. restarted the monitors and went as far as to bounce the entire server. When our clients try to update the cal css plugin dll its tell them File contains no data then just stops uploading. Any ideas?

You will need to change the same info in the Filemanager plugin configuration as well for the change to take effect there.

ok i edited both plugins to allow .dlls but im still getting the same error

Are you trying to upload the entire mod? or just a single .dll file?

 

If you uploading the entire thing, theen you most likely have another excluded file extension in the folder.

 

 

 

Also make sure you have restarted the master monitor after you made the plugin changes.

its just a single .dll that cal league requires for matchs on css servers. its less than 100kb. I've restarted the master monitor twice and its still not wanting to take.
