Kian
Hi. TCA send no email when a ticket is opened but email configuration is ok. Email Server Settings > Test Settings This test has been sent from TCAdmin using your saved email settings. If you are reading this TCAdmin is configured correctly. But when i submit a ticket nothing happens.

nhouck
Check the mail log to see if it says it sent an email. If it did then check the mail server smtp log to see if any errors are showing up there. I've had a lot of problems with email, in particular to yahoo/hotmail. You have to setup your mail server with proper spf records for one thing. Then you have to put up with stuff like yahoo claiming that you are spamming due to user complaints and shutting off your ability to email their users.
