Problem with latest update

OK, is it just mine (and I need to put in a support ticket) or is the new security option that is supposed to be under plugins not there?

I have restarted all my monitors, and reverified they are showing the latest version, I have also tried switching back to default template incase I somehow messed it up with my template but still no new security setting under plugins, or anywhere else I can that I can see.

Under System Settings >> Plugins you should see

Not there, even tried multiple computers and multiple browsers. Guess I'll go bug support.

I just updatd both servers we have and it is there.

Had a quick question though. Is there a way Luis could add a IP restriction to any admin account? Only allow logins from specific IP's to the account?
