Anyone knows where i can order Call of Duty 2 direct download with paypal payment option in Europe?

You most likely will have to purchase the game in-store and upload the install to your server.

Cant remember if they take paypal or not but you can always use the paypal plugin to generate a credit card to be used

You have to be careful with D2D, as they have a warning listed:

 

This title is available for purchase in the United States, Mexico, and Canada ONLY.

 

I think you will be stuck having to upload it or go to the DC and drop it in your server's CD drive.

If you can't get to the DC you can always purchase the game and send them the CD and ask them to pop it in the drive. I would call them first to see if this is an option though.
