You guys are currently hosting our database but at around 5 AM I was getting this error:

 

The database has been updated but there was an error updating the service: Service not found.

 

If you can please take a look at the database would be great. thanks

Softlayer was having network problems lat night. This was affecting the database connections.

They had servers reboot also, including mine. Still not sure what happened last night over there.

Found out what is was

Duration: 19:06 – 19:30 CDT

Services Affected: Power

Device: Dallas SR04

 

At approximately 7:06 PM CDT, SoftLayer Engineers were alerted to a power interruption affecting a small section of the SR04 datacenter in Dallas. Electricians determined the problem was the result of an unanticipated error during a routine UPS maintenance procedure to replace a faulty circuit board. The replacement procedure was completed and power was restored immediately.

 

The Emergency Response Team is onsite and will remain onsite throughout the evening. Engineers do not anticipate any further issues.

 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and thank you for your patience in this matter.

There are no problems that I know of. If you are having problems create a support ticket with your control panel login and I will take a look.
