Jaggl
Hi read that a Mysql is better then a Access DB or? I mean the speed and so on?! So i read this: http://clients.tcadmin.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=11&id=31 Everything worked fine, but then i got the Errors in the Monitor, i think thats because of my Mysql Version, i run Mysql 5. Is Mysql 5 Supported by Tcadmin?

Steven Crothers
I just moved my master server and I dumped my database into 5.0 and I had tons of issues, and moved back to 4.1. I can't speak on 5.1 but its not OFFICIALLY supported by TCAdmin. afaik
KingJ
I run MySQL 5.0.something without issue. I did try and upgrade to 5.1.something but it was a complete failure and i'm glad that backups exist.
JasonF
Jaggl, run the tcadmin udpate even though you are running the latest version. See if the errors go away.

Sapper
When TCAdmin was installed on my server, MYsql wasn't installed. I believe that it is the root of my auto setup issue (doesn't work). How would I get this service running. I now have Mysql that i can administer through phpmyAdmin. Do i Have to re-install TCAdmin???
VicToMeyeZR
the re-install you are thinking of doesn't do what you think. Just run the setup file again that is in your tcadmin folder. Your information will not be lost.
