Server Administration doesn't work

Hi,

on every one of my hosted game servers (Call of Duty 2 & 4), server administration doesn't work but it worked fine until few days ago.

thats a pretty broad statement. If you need help you need to post what the errors were, what exactly you mean, and even maybe some screenshots of the issue.

I assume you mean the 'Server Status and Administration' page on each game server's service page. This icon/link will not appear unless the game has been assigned to the 'Game Compatibility' field, this is set here: Admin Home > System Settings > Supported Games > COD2 Details

 

Please send a SS and consider starting a support ticket, especially if your customers are getting upset.

Have you checked for any type of firewall that may be running? This would cause an issue.

Hi yes, I tried shutting down the firewall., but still same error, I've opened a ticket

Try a remote cod rcon tool to login and administrate the server. I guarantee you the issue is not with TCAdmin but with something on the server, network or the game server itself.

Yes, but the problem is that my customers don't use COD Rcon tool and they want this

He is suggesting you try that and see if you can Rcon into the server with one of those utilites. My guess is you wont be able to which indicates a server issue itself not a TCADMIN issue. This is a diagnostic procedure more than anything.

Sounds like the servers are not able to be queried properly. Are these game servers showing up in the master list ingame?

I can manage them via COD Rcon Tool or in-game but my problem is with TCAdmin managing
