i got a server from a guy name chewy and i paid him money and it says the server was diabled?? can u help me out.

nope, tcadmin has no control over other bussiness. You must talk to the business you purchased the server from about why your account is disabled and how to get it re-enabled.

Unfortunately as mentioned above we simply sell software which controls game servers. Obviously your host was or is using our software and has not paid their bill.

 

You will need to contact that company in regards to your server,

I guess the obvious question would be why would you order anything from someone called chewy? In the future I'd suggest doing business with at the very least someone who uses their real name. Might save some headaches.
