Daersun
I dont want clients to be able to type sys_ticrate 1000 on a 20 buck server
LFA
add sys_tickrate to the deny characters in each of your command line parameters. You can specify more than one value by separating them by comma. For example value1,value2,value3 This will not let the user type a value contaning this text: "value1" "value2" "value3"

LFA
In supported games. System Settings > Supported Games > Command Line Parameters. Click on each one and you will see a field named deny characters.
