Battlefield 1942 Server Manager (Black Bag)

Has anybody found a way to automate the setup of users in the Black Bag Ops Servermanager for BF1942 or BFV? I know the users.con file is hashed/encrypted for the username/passwords, but I was hoping to get it to automagically be setup with the username/password so I dont have to do it manually after an install...

Only way I have found is to enter it after the fact. of course I haven't played with BF1942 or BFV in a while.
