MaxXx
ECF thanks for the config its working like a treat and the servers full so I can see how its running cpu and ram wise keep us updated about that please, would be very nice to know the requirements and usage of this game, since this start i get the feeling that this could be pretty resource eating
Maverick
Not working out of the box for me. Also, I seen somewhere how to do port was [port=PORT#]. It was on one of the configuration manuals I seen it this morning. I will keep hacking at this until I get it.

ECF
You guys running the graphs should be able to post some screenies... From the description above, it looks like it is along the lines of UT Onslaught, which is a hog.
ECF
After playing around with it a bit more, I found that the default query port is 7767 and you can set the Game Compatibility to "Unreal Tournament" for status display. The above config works 100% as I have heard back from 2 people that used it. This of course is after I fixed the little mistake with the /system/ucc.exe in the relative executable field. Thank you to everyone that tested it out for us
GameConnectors
Bah! I screwed the config up! In the config set relative executable field to /system/ucc.exe Our current commandline is as follows if this helps ya: X:\UserFiles\ADMIN\GameServers\TCxxxxxxxxxxxxx\system\ucc.ex e server RO-Konigsplatz.rom?deathmessagemode=3?game=ROEngine.ROTeamGa me?MinPlayers=0? -log=ServerLog.log -multihome=xx.xx.xx.xx Ill fix the config and re-upload it. Is it still supposed to have that space in it 'game=ROEngine.ROTeamGa me?'
24play1
works fine for me lol all I did was change the exe path to the system folder thanks again ECF, am sure the space is supposed to be there

ECF
Does it pwn the CPU?
Edward
Does it pwn the CPU? LOL LOL This game I definately not recommend to be run a single CPU system... It ate my PIV 3.0Ghz alive when restarting
ECF
I heard it is not too pretty on the resources. Even on a Dual CPU system it's hungry.
DougK94
I just restarted it on a dual 3.4 Xeon...... There was nothing else running on the server. CPU 0 spiked to about 25% for about 1/2 sec and CPU 3 hit 100% for about 1 second.
DanCF
Is there any way to have RO run at a lower CPU priority. That way when its loading it just takes longer to boot rather than kill the servers. I would imagine similar happens during map change etc.
ECF
Open the Service settings for the server you would like to change it for and change the priority field from normal to a lower setting, then save and restart the game. However, this may effect the game itself when players are on it.
