works for me.. Make sure you have the stuff in the redist folder installed.

but it seems that the prosses of the exe is stukk on 10.822k

maybe i have the wrong tcadmin profile.. do you have one that works ?

that error is normal it does not require steam to be running.

Check your Config folder. It needs to have a profile subfolder called via commandline with the ini files and playerlist in it.

 

Start one with the server launcher and it will create the needed files.
