Here is a basic windows config I made based on these instructions:

It says you can run it on Linux with Wine.

 

hmm logs said that, in tcadmin panel he jumps from 0/16 players to 0/0

 

that server isnt up and running!

and IP is not responding to query anyways...

Do you still have it running in TCAdmin? Stop it in tcadmin and start it manually again.

 

Failed to start Steam Services

ServiceStart: failed to start

Create Bound Socket :bind returned win32 error [no name available](10013)

SteamGameServer_Init call failed

Error connecting to the Steam Servers

then alot of Couldnt open file models .....

Server: Resource point at isnt in a valid location ("(-81.0768, and many more

"1 , it wont be socketed )

Maybe the files have not downloaded completely. Try running the steam update to see if it downloads more files.

 

hlds was up to date.. i reinstalled server and all is ok now...
