  1. Could also be DEP. Try disabling it.
  2. Direct2Drive is not offering it. I had to buy it at a local GameStop, install it on my PC, rar the MP folder and upload to the server. It came out to roughly 505 MB which is not bad considering what some of the new games amount to (i.e. 6 GB).

  4. Some games have to be run with the user in the game, i.e. Rainbow Six Las Vegas before they released the server files. That is not a dedicated server. Some people post wanting game configs and the game can not operate in as a dedicated server. If what you are saying is true then every single game out there can be hosted.
  5. Has anyone confirmed that this game has the ability to run as a dedicated server?
  6. Original post -> 07-23-2006 :confused:
  7. This game is a huge turd. Another poorly planned UT3 game joins the ranks of MOH Airborne, UT3, and Frontlines Fuel of War by releasing unfinished product.
  8. Do a search in the forums for Ventrilo and you will see more than enough results to answer your question.
  9. I just started up a AA3 server and did a netstat. I got the query port and tried several query protocols and none worked. These are the ports the game server bound to, I changed my server's IP to 111.111.111.111 UDP 111.111.111.111:8777 *:* 4648 UDP 111.111.111.111:9987 *:* 4648 UDP 127.0.0.1:39300 *:* 4648
  10. I doubt it works. I personally have not tried to get the query to work because I do not have a way to query the server using a 3rd party software to test it.

  12. 410 MB for a empty server, nice!
  13. Good to hear they did not mess with too much and it should be the same as the last ARMA
  14. Did you update to the latest version of the game? Firewall blocking the ports?
  15. The game is not very resource intensive. A full 4 man server uses 0-1% of a quad core Kentsfield and 138 MB of RAM. Each game server takes up 101 MB of HDD.
  16. I am starting a new thread so people don't need to sift through a million threads to get a working config. I have added a command line parameter so the user can specify their starting map. I have attached my config and a SS of the working query. Killing Floor.txt
  17. Query port = Game Port + 10 Example 7707 game port 7717 query port
  18. The query method is UnrealTournament2004 in TCAdmin and it works fine. I have attached a Screenshot
  19. Easy game to add to TCAdmin and would be good practice to try to create the config yourself. After you do a couple on your own, you can make them for any game.
  20. If the article does not solve your problem, TCAdmin can install a 3rd party web server and then you can disable IIS fixing the issue.
  21. BF1942 will not work with TCadmin without using Black Bag Ops server manager.
  22. They should enter their own via the command line changer. That is how I setup my TCAdmin game config.
  23. You must use the -login= and -password= command line for the server to register. I just tested a v2.0 server and it would not work without logging into the account server.
  24. Did you install C++ Runtime? It is required for the server to start.
