  1. Sorry for the late response. Thanks, icekohl. Everything is working fine now. I just think that it's a bit weird that it cannot download the game files. We've tried on 3 different servers now. It still gave me an error after I used my own account. When downloading all of the files through SteamCMD manually and placing them in /home/tcadmin/tcafiles/games/kf-linux, it worked fine. Updating the server went fine as well, but if I delete the content of /home/tcadmin/tcafiles/games/kf-linux, it gives me the same error. However, I somehow got it working (I just tried doing the steps again), and then I tried deleting the content of kf-linux, and guess what... Now it doesn't work anymore... Whenever I try making a new server, it says Error: The file /home/tcagame/Dennis/169/System/ucc-bin does not exist The file is found ind the /home/tcadmin/tcafiles/games/kf-linux directory, but is apparently not being copied to the new game server. Anyone got a clue? Edit: Deleted the contents once again, and now it works again... This is the weirdest thing ever lol. Another thing; I'm using my own Steam Account for the download and update, as the game cannot be downloaded without a subscription. Whenever someone updates or a new game server is downloaded, I get thrown off of Steam. Is there a way to fix that?
  2. Sure, lately there has been a lot of exploits. The WHMCS source code was recently released as far as I'm aware, and that is probably the main reason.
  3. Hi, As some of you know, Minecraft 1.7 was released today. The server.log is now placed in /logs instead of the root. I know for a fact that we are gonna have clients playing older versions (Tekkit is using 1.2.5) and clients playing 1.7, but the server.log is placed in different folders. How can we fix so that everybody can use the webconsole? Best regards, Dennis
  4. This goes for all other websites as well. Even big companies as Google and Facebook. WHMCS is taking care of the exploits pretty fast.
  5. Yeah, go with WHMCS. They release security updates, has great support and there's a modul for WHMCS that let's WHMCS 'communicate' with TCAdmin.
  6. Hi I was wondering what the best way to edit a template would be? Can it be done using a custom CSS file? Would I need to find the different divs and classes?
  7. Well, ain't the existing gmod config in v2 good enough?
  8. ^If you're using Linux, that would probably be Mono. Mono uses quite much CPU at some times.
  9. Yes, an actual Steam account. Not all games can be downloaded with the anonymous account.
  10. If I haven't misunderstood you, there's a way for that to be done in v2. http://screencast.com/t/mkUJOQbli Is that the feature you're looking for?
  11. Well, I'm stupid and didn't set up TCAdmin correct. With a lot of help from Luis, it works fine Delete me, pls
  12. I'd like to see this feature too. It happens way too much that a client is changing things at the same time as an admin or a subadmin does.
  13. Try starting the servers manually. http://help.tcadmin.com/Troubleshooting_Game_%26_Voice_Services#Running_the_Service_Manually This should give you an indication on what's wrong.
  14. Are you saying that all TCAdmin services are running as the same user? If so, you're not correct. You can setup each game to start as a new user.

    Mass emails

It doesn't seem to be a problem on our installation of TCAdmin. What version are you running?
  16. Can you please post a log of the SteamCMD download?
  17. Hi After moving our server to Debian, I've experienced something weird. One of our servers is a danish server so the characters ?, ? and ? is often used. However, whenever some text including ?, ? or ? is being sent from the control panel (any plugin, any commands etc), it shows ?? instead. If I start the server from SSH and type in "say hi" from the console, everything is shown fine on the server - also the text that's coming from a plugin. It seems that TCAdmin isn't using UTF-8, I think. Can I fix this somehow? Thanks in advance! Dennis
  18. I know there's a way to limit the disk space per service, but I don't know how to do so. Can anyone tell me how to do so? I'm running Debian 7.1 Shouldn't I just enable Linux Quotas? Thanks in advance
  19. Are the files in those folders marked as executables?
  20. Unfortunately, this is quite normal. The longer time the server has been online, the more memory it will be using.
